Guidance
The West Perry Middle School counseling center is staffed with two school counselors to assist students. Students in 6th, 7th, and 8th grades are divided by last names A-L and M-Z.
Dr. Michael Eddy
This is Dr. Eddy's 20th year working as a school counselor for West Perry Middle School. He will be working with all students whose last names start with A through L. Michael Eddy earned his doctorate in educational leadership from Immuculata University, his M.Ed. in school counseling from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and his BS in Natural Science and Mathematics at IUP, along with studying piano. Prior to that, he served 6 years in the United States Navy as a Nuclear Mechanical Operator aboard a fast attack submarine.
His interests include adolescent brain development, physics, and music.
Mrs. Weaver

Jeannie Weaver received her certification in school counseling through Shippensburg University. She also has a BS in Psychology and a master's degree in clinical counseling from Lock Haven University.
