Sleep is Important for Everyone's Health

Most of us have experienced how being tired can change our mood. Research shows that sleep and mental health are closely linked.  How to fit that sleep into a busy schedule takes some coordination and consistency.   Make sleep an important part of your family’s routine.  Follow these steps to a healthier you. 1) Keep a regular sleep set schedule, 2) Turn off electronics, 3) Avoid energy drinks and other highly caffeinated products, 4) Keep your room cool and dark.
