The School Board has received new information that significantly affects the Facilities Improvement Project. Before moving forward with the town hall meeting, the Board needs to discuss this information together in a public meeting.

Due to the Christmas break, the Board will not have an opportunity to meet publicly before January 5th. For this reason, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the town hall meeting originally scheduled for that date.

Instead, the Board will hold a Committee of the Whole meeting on January 5th at 6:30 p.m. in the High School Auditorium. The community is welcome and encouraged to attend. You will hear the new information as it is presented to the Board and observe the Board's discussion.

We understand this is disappointing, especially given the community's anticipation for this meeting. However, we believe this is the right decision to ensure we present the most accurate and current information to you. We want to honor your time by making sure our discussion at the town hall meeting reflects options the Board considers truly possible for our community moving forward.
