2024 High School Volleyball Dates
Official Season Start Date: August 12, 2024
PIAA Physical is required to participate on first official practice date. See below for details.
Summer Open Gyms: 9-11:30 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays in July and August. We will start in the weight room and then hit the court.
UPDATE!:
June open gyms are cancelled for a variety of challenges making consistent dates and times impossible. Here are the remaining open gym dates:
July 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25, 30
August 1, 6, 8
Mandatory "pre-season"
August 12-15 -- 9:00-12:00 in MS Gym
August 16, 19 -- 3:30-6:00 in MS Gym
August 20 -- Scrimmage, home v. Millersburg, 3pm HS gym
August 21 -- 3:30-6:00 in MS Gym
August 22 -- Scrimmage @ Upper Dauphin, 2:00 dismissal

Sports Physicals
You must have a PIAA sports physical, completed on or after 6/1/2023 in order to play a school sport.
Summer physical night is July 9th at 6pm in the HS. Family Practice will be charging $20 per physical this year.

Morning pool play is usually 3 matches in a 4-team pool, followed by playoffs, if you qualify. Start in BB or B.

Coed Doubles AA, A, BB, B check-in 8AM (play begins 8:45AM) $80/team
Quads A, BB, B check-in 8AM (play begins 8:45AM) $160/team
